Mission Programs Outcomes WELCOME Thank you for visiting. MOKA is a nonprofit charitible agency serving persons with disabilities in a ten county area in western Michigan. Founded in 1978 by a small group of concerned parents and citizens, MOKA has grown to be a leader in the field of disabilities. Our agency provides a variety of services including individual job placement, residential and community living support, independent living training as well as a family supports program for the families of children with autism and other disabilities.
