MOKA's Family Supports Program supports children with disabilities in their own family home.

Funded through Muskegon CMH, staff from MOKA are assigned to work with individual children and their families in providing the support, respite care and training needed.  Plans developed in conjunction with the child, family members and CMH case managers often take a holistic approach in viewing the needs of the family while maintaining a focus on the needs of the child.  Supports provided are based on needs which are very diverse between families.  Our emphasis has been in maintaining extreme staffing flexibility to meet ever changing needs of families.
