Community Living Supports  
A full range of residential and independent living options is offered by our agency including: specialized residential, live-in situaitons and supported living arrangements.

Employment Services  
Completely based in the community, MOKA's Employment Services focuses primarily on locating and creating individual matches perfectly suited to each employee's career desires.

Child and Family Supports  
Our primary focus is in-home support to families with a child who has a disability. Special focus is given to children with autism and associated behavioral challenges.

Clinical Support and Support Coordination  

Individualized clinical support and planning is provided to consumers in specialized residential programs in Kent County. Nursing, behavior and group therapy, speech, occupational and recreational therapies are just a few of the ancillary services provided.

 
Life Goal Planning  

A new service offered to individuals and their families which provides navigational tools to plan a more independent life.
