How do I apply for a job?

You can review open positions and complete an application on our Careers page. If you applied through a job board, such as Indeed, please fill out the application on our website.

How do I qualify for services?

The majority of our services are funded through Medicaid.  The first step is to contact your local Access Center operated by the Community Mental Health agency in the county where you reside, where they will confirm or help you apply for Medicaid eligibility and assess your needs for services. Below is the contact information for these centers.

What if I don’t reside in the MOKA four-county area?

We accept referrals from outside our four-county area. If you are interested in referring a person to a specific MOKA program, please email info@moka.org for guidance.
