Tracey Hamlet,
Executive Director

In her Executive Director role, Tracey works collaboratively with internal and external partners to support solutions for providing high quality services for people in our community.  Tracey believes in our mission and is passionate about MOKA because we are an agency that is “grounded” in, and has never strayed from, a grassroots advocacy for people who need support to gain a stronger voice and full community belonging.

Dorothy Bowne,
Human Resources Director

Dorothy has the privilege of supporting MOKA’s amazing employees! She loves being part of an organization that is making a real impact in the lives of the people we serve.

Angel Reese,
Performance Improvement Specialist/Corporate Compliance Officer

Angel supports the overall assurance of quality processes for the agency including direction of MOKA’s CARF accreditation activities, gathering consumer stakeholder input and satisfaction, program evaluation, performance improvement and outcomes management. Angel enjoys her role as she is able to see the positive impact of on the lives of people served at MOKA.

Jenna VandeKamp,
Development Director

Jenna handles MOKA’s marketing and MOKA’s fundraising.

Jenna loves being able to showcase the individuals we serve, and all that they accomplish.

Bryan Voss,
Finance Director

As a member of ELT, Bryan helps support our team’s through management of the financial health of the organization. Currently, this management includes the accounting, property, and information systems team areas. Bryan believes that MOKA is an organization that lives its mission and truly cares about the individuals that we serve and enjoys being able to help guide the financial strategies that allow us to continue and even expand this mission.

Hannah McLouth,
Executive Assistant

Hannah provides a wide range of administrative and executive support to optimize the effectiveness of the executive leadership team. She loves that her job allows her to be a part of the positive difference being made in the lives of the individuals we serve.

Emily Betz,
Director of Programs

Emily has the privilege of supporting the work that is done in our Youth Autism Program as well as the Residential Programs in Allegan, Ottawa and Muskegon Counties. She loves working for an organization that truly lives its mission of “creating opportunities for independence and acceptance.” Emily believes our work impacts West Michigan in a way that in the future we will no longer need to be working toward acceptance but instead will be working toward membership of every person of the community, disability or not.

Lee Ann Shedleski-Holmden,
Director of Residential Services

Lee Ann is responsible for the operations of MOKA’s residential and care coordination programs in Kent County, including ensuring quality services are provided consistent with the vision, mission and strategic direction of the agency. Lee Ann loves seeing the people we serve become active members of their communities and is grateful for the dedication of our employees who work diligently every day to help people achieve their hopes and dreams

Tom Zvirgzds,
Regional Director of Residential Services, Ottawa and Allegan Counties

Tom supervises residential services in Ottawa and Allegan Counties. He loves that every day is filled with possibilities to help others, and being part of a strong, active, skilled, supportive, and fun team that makes lasting impact.

Tony Maniscalco,
Regional Director of Residential Services, Muskegon County

Tony supports the Muskegon Residential team to empower people to live their best lives. He gets so much satisfaction from seeing the growth, development, and teamwork of the people we serve, the supervisors he supports, and the direct care teams we work with.

Nicole Knights,
Director of Community Supports

Community Supports offers an array of programs and services to help individuals lead their best lives. It’s Nicole’s job to ensure that every individual is supported in the most beneficial way possible through MOKA services. She enjoys helping individuals served by MOKA to gain knowledge and skills necessary to be successful and accomplish their goals through community connections that support their health and wellbeing. Investing in people, teaching self-advocacy, and helping every person reach their goal/s is the most fulfilling work that Nicole could ever do.

Andrew Closs,
Information Technology Manager

Andrew joined MOKA in July of 2004 and serves as the Information Technology (IT) Manager for the organization. As the IT Manager, Andrew oversees all the technology supporting the mission at MOKA and develops plans for the future use of technology that align with MOKA’s strategic direction. He also manages the IT staff that support the technology and users within the company. He is proud of the work MOKA does in the lives of the people we support and feels honored to be able to play a role in such a large mission.

Tom Miller-Edwardson,
ECR Administrator

Tom manages and administrates Mpower (MOKA’s electronic clinical record) which includes overseeing system maintenance, user training, testing, enhancements, and long-term system development.

Tom loves the challenge of working through complicated problems/learning new things daily and is grateful for the privilege to work with excellent team members who have helped him grow in so many ways.

Lisa Perdaris,
Administrative Assistant of Programs

Lisa provides executive level administrative support for leadership  and executive leadership and supports the forward movement of agency initiatives related to programming, agency trainings, ORR/licensing processes, committees, quality improvement, CARF standards, and much more.

Lisa appreciates MOKA’s deeply rooted mission and culture.  This is an agency where she is able to openly and safely share input and an agency where she feels her input is valued.  Lisa likes the autonomy she has, which allows for her to be more creative.  Lisa feels very fortunate to work with such an amazing team of leaders.
